Inferior wall   -II,III,aVF        (RCA[85%], LCX[15%])    
Septal wall   -V1,V2 +-AVR  (proximal LAD)
Anterior wall -V3,V4             (LAD)
Apical            -V5,V6              (Distal LAD,LCX or RCA) 
Lateral wall   -I and aVL       (LCX) 
Posterior wall  -Hint: R> S in V1,V2, ST depression in V1V2.  (RCA or LCX)
但後壁尚需要D/D: RVH, RBBB.  
RV infarction      -Hint:V1,V2 &V4R~most Se    (Proximal RCA)

圖三.成像說明
在Coronary angiogram時, 會照幾個view:
AP view, RAO(使右肩往前), LAO(使左肩往前)
