2.懷疑時應1.詢問家族史2.檢測基因，基因型LQTS有15型, 另有JLN1, JLN2 (這些與Na,K,Ca channel 有相關)

4.-LQTS1: 運動時易猝死 -->Bblock could be effective
-LQTS2:聲音刺激時觸發(不可用鬧鐘)
-LQTS3:睡眠休息時 -->B-blocker: noneffective
5.檢測基因有助於:
-預估預後(w/o Tx: 20%mortality within one years, 50% mortality within 15years)
-對用藥選擇有幫助。
